Well guys here it is.....an update from the ABstraXT camp. As many of you know our last show together was in May at the Cactus Club in Salisbury, Maryland. We then took the summer off to take a break and start our third CD. Since then, we have found it almost impossible to get together to do anything due to our schedules and every day life.
So......we had a band meeting last night to decide the fate of ABstraXT. After talking everything over we decided that if we couldn’t put 100% into ABstraXT, there would be no ABstraXT. Since 2001 ABstraXT has been such a big part of our lives it just wouldn’t be fair to us, and most importantly YOU, our fans.
Now, before the rumors start, NO ONE is mad or got into a fight in the band! We all decided that this is the way it has to be and we did it without killing each other. HaHaHa! We as a band have nothing but love and respect for each other and after spending so much time together, this is the way it should end.
We have decided to play three LAST shows together starting October 31st at the Cactus Club in Salisbury. Another will be at Landos in Corning, NY. The very last show will take place were it all started!! Cambridge, Maryland baby!! Keep checking our site for the dates on these shows.
We have said it before and we’ll say it again........Our fans are the best!! We love each and every one of you. Thanks for all your support over the last 7 years. YOU ROCK!!!!!!!!!
